Motorin´

I was out motoring with my very close friend Biffen yesterday. He had the all new, not released yet, Danko Jones album. You who know me also know that i am not that big of a fan for Danko´s music. I always thought it was a bit to simple. Not AC/DC simple and just fantastic, but simple in a boring way. I do not know how to explain so i won´t try to. You cant love them all and there is a time for everything i believe.
Yesterday was the time! The mans latest cd is so freakin great. I got really inspired and went straight home after our cruise and wrote a new song. A fast song!
Lets see how it turns out and maybe i will put it here for a short period when i have a decent demo.

I also found out that i have to have this guitar...end of discussion..
This model was never in any catalog but Bc Rich made hundreds of them. Now i just have to find one, and in yellow too.

Things on fire with the Dallas Rangemaster from way back including Paul Rodgers `59 Les Paul

I found this on youtube....
Rare song? It was a b side on "shame" single. Maybe rare after all? Well i got about twenty here at home.
Guitar solo recorded with a les paul 59 that once belonged to Free singer Paul Rodgers. Thats the one on the photo. It was never mine so don´t start thinking about. Those sessions were an amazing time. None of us will never do such a recording again, i can put my life on it. I mean, 2 inch tape recorders and guitars and amps, drums and microphones for an unbelievable amount of cash!
A Fender twin amp from when jesus was around. A "Fuzzder" pedal, and an original Dallas "Rangemaster" from the dark ages. What a sound!
Today i am going with Jen and some friend to see Timo Räisänen play at the Brew house.

Yamaha AES 920 Jägermeister guitar

This guitar is originally a Yamaha AES 920. When HCSS got a deal with the spirit company they wanted to custom paint a guitar for me. So Yamaha gave me the AES 920 to do the job. Sent away and time went on. Then it arrived.
It looked horrible in a very cool way. But the guy had even painted over the frets so it was unplayable. After a little professional help it turned out ok i think. I had already decided to leave the band at that time, and I did before the guitar arrived so i never had any chance to play it live. The artist is the man who does all the Swedish Hockey goalie masks. And some of the NHL as well.
This guitar now belongs to Jägermeister.

I think its going to be sweet.
Nice for the Gothenburg sky line. This is not a photo!

Next thing thats missing..
Bring back the cable car (funicle railway) that was here during the International exhibition in 1923. When also Liseberg was built.

Partille, New York and Tokyo

Here´s a bunch of photos from all over the globe.

Inside "The Barn" in Partille, outside of Gothenburg Sweden. Here HCSS recorded the self-titled fifth album who i like to refer to as "THE BLACK ALBUM".

This is Dregen and me in Tokyo, Japan. I can assure you all that we are not sitting down and having a chat about guitars and amps! Think we talked about their book and how I am in it, and they did not even know that until i told them. great guy and friend.
Snakes in the grass...

And here we are in New York, N.Y.
The dude to the right are Ace Frehley´s personal bodyguard.
But this night he was all mine! We did some shows in the U.S with a trail of other groups from Sweden and it was a Swedish government paid thing. N.Y, L.A and Houston.   And after having to beat up Swedish journalist Fredrik Virtanen inside and outside of the Swedish consul Olle Wästbergs residence on Manhattan. They all decided to hire me a bodyguard. I don´t know if he was there to watch my back or keep me calm and mellow so I would not start some more shit.
Of course that never happened.
What happened was that we put the band down for almost a year. It was not a healthy situation.
Just had to take a photo. And i was not the only one who did that ..
